"Burgers" ... the hamburger is an American creation and has become a "Style" of life. In the USA,
the hamburger is a creation that embraces American's creativity and desire for flavors. Our Burgers are ground fresh daily from beef chuck and brisket, and pork bellies, and
dressed with a large variety of condiments, sauces, veggies, and other meats, like bacon.
We make our "Maple Cured Bacon", it is our own real maple cured bacon seasoned and smooked our Alto Shaam slow cook smoker, and for the "Crunch" we make a quick refrigerator pickle, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, and some pickling whole spices.
"Our Burger Secrets" ...
We grind our own hamburger meat from fresh packed beef, chuck, rib meat, and brisket cuts. Then we form the meat portions into balls, and do not pack, which creates a lighter, less packed patty. The patty is then formed just prior to cooking.
Locally raised by our ranchers in northern California and Nevada.
"Bake Sale and Fresh"
We prepare and bake our own bisquits and crusts the old fashion way, flour, butter, milk. Adding fresh fruits in season with real whipped cream
make the difference. Real farm fresh products.
Seasonal fruits along with some california dried fruits will make great chutneys and toppings.
The famous Toll House chocolate chip cookies, with added twists. Butter, walnuts, lots of chocolate chips with extra vanilla and spices.
